Notification - Event Solutions will notify you of your nomination/entry and send you a link to a site at which to enter your Spotlight Award Profile information.

Submission - Nominees and entrants submit the required information for their category by following the link to their site.

Selection - Finalists will be selected, based on your Spotlight Award Profile, by a committee of event professionals.

Notification - Finalists will be notified by Event Solutions. Finalists will be announced in the November issue of Event Solutions magazine. Finalists will receive the finalist logo to affix to their signature line and promotional materials, as well as a finalist pin by MK Shannon.

Voting – Voting, based on the submitted Spotlight Award Profiles, will be held online for all categories, from November 14, 2008 until January 26, 2009.
- Presentation - Spotlight Awards statues will be presented during the Spotlight Awards Event at the catersource/Event Solutions Conference and Trade Show in Las Vegas, February 25, 2009.
