The path you or your colleagues will take when entering or being nominated for the 2011 Event Solutions Spotlight Awards, the event industry’s most comprehensive and prestigious awards offers fun, excitement and opportunities to better connect with the entire event industry.
- Nominate or enter at www.event-solutions.com/spotlight/nomination/.
- Notification - Event Solutions will notify you of your nomination/entry and send you a link to a site at which to enter all your Spotlight Award Profile information. The entire process is automated and easy to use.
- Submission - Nominees and entrants submit the required information for their category by following the link to their site.
- Selection - Finalists will be selected, based on your Spotlight Award Profile, by a committee of expert event professionals.
- Notification - Finalists will be notified by Event Solutions and will be announced in the December issue of Event Solutions magazine. Finalists will receive the finalist logo to affix to their signature line and promotional materials.
- Voting – Voting, based on the submitted Spotlight Award Profiles, will be held online for all categories, after the finalists have been selected. Voters must be at least 16 years of age to vote. Voting for 2011 begins on December 1, 2010 and runs through January 31, 2011.
- Presentation - Spotlight Awards statues will be presented to the winners at the Spotlight Awards Event at the Event Solutions Idea Factory on February 28, 2011 in Las Vegas.
