Welcome to the voting system for the 2010 Event Solutions Spotlight Awards.
At this site you will have the opportunity to honor the stars of our event industry by reviewing the profiles and voting for the finalist in each category who you feel deserves the prestigious Spotlight Award.

• When you complete (or partially complete) and submit your ballot, you will receive an e-mail confirming your vote has been received.
• To complete a partial ballot, just click on that link in the e-mail to return to your unique ballot.
• Your e-mail address must be valid and active.
• Only one ballot per e-mail address will be counted. If you return to vote again, any new votes will supersede any earlier votes.
• To ensure maximum voting accuracy, all IP addresses are logged. If Event Solutions detects that the system is being abused by people providing obviously fake e-mail addresses, all votes from that IP address will be deleted.
• By voting, you are giving your consent to receive e-mails from Event Solutions. You may use the opt-out link at the botton of every e-mail if you no longer would like to receive e-mails. Event Solutions respects your privacy and will not give your contact information to any third party.
• The voting site closes on January 31, 2010
• Results of the voting will be announced at the 2010 Event Solutions Spotlight Awards Event, to be held March 8, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
