PosterGarden now offers EcoCarpet, a 100 percent post-consumer waste product, for use on all of its PopUp displays.

With the addition of EcoCarpet to its graphic media offerings, PosterGarden has made sustainability an option with nearly all of its portable displays. EcoCarpet is a soft polyester material made of 100 percent post-consumer waste in the form of recycled plastic bottles.

Windy City Music Sound & Lighting used a grouping of Coemar Panorama Cyc Powers to showcase the skeletal hospital structure.

To mark the installation of the last beam on the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, the hospital threw a topping off ceremony. The celebration was held on December 7 in downtown Chicago at the Museum of Contemporary Art Plaza located across the street from the new hospital, which is scheduled to open in 2012.

6,600 Pound Ceiling Element Installed at Auto Show

Gerriets hung this 6,600 pound ceiling element nearly 33 yards above the floor at the International Auto Show held in Frankfurt, Germany in September.

Germany-based theatrical equipment specialist Gerriets, created a ceiling element for the Mercedes-Benz booth at the International Auto Show in Frankfurt, Germany that took 12-18 people 14 days to install.
