Increased event attendance

This solution actually works. We needed help getting people to our shows. The last minute phone call to the attendees, just a few days before the event actually increased the attendance volumes.

This is a new type of hybrid call center. If the contact person is not present, and they encounter voicemail instead of the live contact, they drop a message about the event, into the voice box.

The message was pre-recorded in advance by my event co-ordinator.

We experienced an approximate 25% increase in attendance with voicemail courier. We shopped around for the Guided voicemail service and found a better rate with a provider called voicemail courier.

There is also a 3rd provider of this type of service, whos name I cant recall, but we found the cost was also too high.

Now I use voicemail courier for lead generation too.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! We love real-world commentary like this. Excellent.
