The Florida Flamingos team aimed at all five senses to create a high-end space appealing to the hip crowd Ty Ku is targeting. Green gobos, scent tubes and a green cover over the top of the tent set the space apart in the eyes of the judges and voters.A team of four event management students from the University of Nevada Las Vegas created this lush space. They researched the brand on the Internet to discover popular Ty Ku recipes and piped in hip music to appeal to the brand’s target market.The team from Ice Occasions Inc. in Las Vegas transformed several blocks of ice into furnishings and décor to create their space.Judges remarked that the use of ice sculptures for product displays and logos gave the space a very clean feel.
