Cramer, a digital marketing and event solutions agency, was chosen by Foley Hoag LLP as the firm’s interactive agency of record. Cyclonix, a creator of dynamic brand architecture, launched the website www.cyclonixinc.com. American Express Business Travel reported more than $1 billion in new business won globally in the first 100 days of 2007. NMR Staging & Events, an audio-visual company, opened a new office in Chicago. Fifth Group Restaurants’ catering arm, Bold American Catering, was chosen as one of only three preferred caterers for the new World of Coca-Cola venue. Audio-visual, staging and technical support firm AV Concepts donated audio-video equipment for use at the 2007 Art Heals Luncheon at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix. Long Beach, Calif.-based Bravo Productions is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.

Altman Rentals welcomed Leigh Mundy-Fretz as its new director of rental operations. Cyclonix hired Bob Schiavone as vice president of operations. Joan Krumsee joined Nimlok’s business development team. Mandy Jones joined Marquee Event Group as outside linen sales shipping director; Charlotte Stephenson joined as an outside sales representative. Michael Lyons, president and CEO of GEP Philly, earned DMCP certification. Orlando Business Journal named Rosen Hotels & Resorts one of the top 20 Best Places to Work in central Florida. Planning the Globe won a 2007 Events in Excellence Award for its “Mission Possible” event. An exhibit Freeman created for BCBG Max Azria was named Best in Show in the WWDMAGIC category at the 2007 MAGIC Marketplace show. Valhalla Shooting Club & Training Center received the 2007 “Best of the Industry” Team Building Facility/Organizer award from Colorado Meetings + Events. Bold American Catering won a 2007 Allie Award for Best Floral Design. Cosmopolitan Events received awards for Best Wedding (budget $200 or more per person) and Best Event Produced for a Private Individual (budget of $200 or more per person) during the ISES 7th Annual Louie awards ceremony.
