Noncompetitive team building was the order of the day for this group of computer consultants, who worked together to build a unique mini-golf hole that all participants had a chance to play after the event.Competitive team building can be successful when done right. In this event, teams from a major food distributor battled at various sports stations, including a golf challenge, relay events and pop-a-shot.
