We’ve got several great hotel options! While we’ve already sold out at the Las Vegas Hilton, we have great rooms still available at Planet Hollywood and the Riviera. Complimentary bus service will take you to and from the Hilton all day so you won’t miss a thing. And, we will also provide bus service to and from all evening events direct from these hotels as well!

Please be sure to request the Event Solutions and catersource room block when making your reservation. Hotels are about 3.5 miles from McCarran Airport. Cab, bus and shuttle rates will range around $3-$12. Free bussing to the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Hilton will be available.
