MEET Las Vegas - Create Your Own Experience
Imagine a venue that’s essentially a blank canvas, just waiting for you to apply your branding and experiential touches throughout the outside and inside.
No need to deal with existing colors or décor, no limits to where you can rig almost anything from the ceiling and walls, and a technology system that will let you do virtually anything you desire.
That’s the concept behind MEET Las Vegas, a 3-story, 30,000-square-foot facility that opened in March in the heart of downtown Las Vegas.
This independent event center was specifically designed to allow you to customize your event with lighting, color, digital signage and more. Electric, data and technological infrastructures are integrated into the framework of the building. And perhaps best of all, you aren’t tied into a hotel where you need to worry about room-to-space ratios, attrition or food and beverage requirements. A full restaurant kitchen and chef are on-site to take care of your menu needs.
The first floor features a, 5,371-square-foot event/exhibition space that can accommodate about 1,100 guests, reception-style. Multiple entrances provide easy access points; the Fourth Street VIP entrance even has a built-in fog screen to add special drama as your guests arrive for your event. And, a spacious outdoor pavilion has built-in rigging points in case you want to set up tents or other décor.
On the second floor, several meeting rooms can be combined into another large space for lounges, receptions or networking, and a third floor multimedia training center includes two preset computer classrooms and several smaller meeting spaces.
Just a few blocks from the legendary Fremont Street Experience and a short drive from the luxury and glamour of the Las Vegas Strip, MEET Las Vegas has ample parking and a private driveway, making bus, limo and taxi transportation a snap.
