Glow Rocks, also known as Glow Stones, are non-toxic, photo-luminescent, waterproof stones that can be used indoors or outdoors. Expose them to light for a mere 10 minutes, and they’ll stay illuminated for more than 12 hours.
Mix them with gravel to create a glowing pathway to your event, or create a dramatic accent in your floral arrangement. They come in different colors and shapes, and while a bit pricey, the manufacturer claims that they keep their glowing quality for as many as 20 years.

But it's really a very good concept and will look very nice and trendy if used in special occasions. I will surely use them in any of my recent parties inspite of them being bit costly.
