When Event Solutions descends on Las Vegas in February for the 2011 Idea Factory, attendees will be in for a treat. We’ll be staying at the newest grand hotel on the Strip—the Cosmopolitan.

One of the most convenient features: the two guest towers are situated directly above the three floors of convention space and meeting rooms, with strategically-placed elevators and escalators allowing quick and convenient transition from meeting time to leisure time.
Technical support is provided by in-house PSAV, who can provide sound systems, and stage and accent lighting as well as a host of other technical wizardry. Dedicated technicians will make sure your event runs smoothly, from beginning to end.
And let’s not forget the food. The Cosmopolitan offers a full range of catering services. Have one of their gourmet chefs curate a personalized menu for your group, or select from extensive catering options that include everything from internationally inspired receptions to buffet spreads to themed action stations.
For informal receptions and smaller gatherings, Cosmo offers 1,050-square-foot reception suites with comfortable seating that can be easily configured and reconfigured. An oversized kitchen area comes fully equipped and contains a Sub-Zero refrigerator and microwave. A king-size Seco bed with drop-down bedside table and lamps seamlessly converts to an elegant overnight space.
And of course, every planner knows that the perfect venue must provide space to relax during non-meeting hours. Cosmo offers three pools with distinctive settings. The Boulevard Pool, overlooking the Strip, will be an active, energetic social scene with yacht club polish and a laidback surf lodge attitude. A refreshing retreat with a private canyon-like feel, the Bamboo Pool is designed for pampering, with discrete havens provide varying degrees of seclusion. The Day Club Pool provides a vibrant adult beach club experience. By day it exudes a lounge-like feel, while at night it transforms into an extension of the nightclub.
