The 2009 Conference will once again be hosted at the Las Vegas Hilton where opening and closing sessions, registration, and networking events will be held. The Hilton is a short walk from the Tradeshow exhibit hall. Event Solutions’ education will be held at Las Vegas Convention Center.

Northwest Airlines
You can save 5% - 12% on fares with Northwest for travel between February 18 and March 2, 2009.
- When you purchase tickets, at the bottom of the ‘Flights’ tab, click the “NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption” link
