Aztec Tents, a tent manufacturer based in Torrance, Calif., has introduced the radically re-designed Tidewater Frame Tent System. Taking its inspiration from the successful introduction of the Tidewater Sail Tent, which was released in early 2009, the new Tidewater Frame Tent creates the same dramatic appearance of its sister product while eliminating all internal poles to create more usable space inside the tent.

The British financial advisory company wanted to celebrate a year of outstanding results and commemorate the final incentive program for its top agents, so they turned to Faith Moore, president of FMA Events for help. At at 6:45 p.m. on a warm July night, 450 guests donning black tie attire walked the red carpet into the Wang Citi Center Theater in Boston to experience an event that took over a year to plan.

Oscar Goodman, the mayor of Las Vegas, will open the 2010 Event Solutions Conference & Expo at the Featured Session, State of the Industry, on Monday, March 8 at 10:30am. Mayor Goodman will spend a few minutes discussing some of the current trends in the travel, hospitality and events industry and especially as they relate to Las Vegas and some of the recent fire the city has come under from the political front. Las Vegas has been hit extremely hard by the current economic environment and in particular by very public comments made by various politicians. Mayor Goodman has been tireless and outspoken in his efforts to reverse current trends to help get Las Vegas and the country back on the right track. He also serves as the chairman of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and feverishly works to promote the enticing destination of Las Vegas.
