United Site Services Acquires Texas Pride
United Site Services Inc. announced it has acquired Texas Pride, a portable restroom rental company based in Denton, Texas.
USS officials said the purchase expands the company’s ability to service clients in the suburbs north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and adds United’s seventh location in Texas.
“Texas Pride is the kind of company we like to acquire,” Kevin Bruce, president and CEO of USS said in a statement. “They have a strong reputation for quality service, loyal customers and well-maintained equipment. They are consistent with the strong reputation that United Site Services brings in the Texas market and nationwide.”
USS is one of the country’s top providers of portable restroom services, temporary fence, erosion control, power and storage.
In Texas, the company has recently expanded its ability to provide temporary fence rental to construction and special event customers throughout the state.
“We are pleased to offer [Texas Pride’s] customers the same high service level as well as newly expanded services including portable fence,” Bruce said.
USS currently serves high-profile events including PGA tournaments, NASCAR races, professional sports stadiums, air shows, marathons, fundraising events, concerts and other large events throughout Texas and nationwide.
Specifically important for customers in Texas and the Gulf Coast, USS is uniquely prepared to provide emergency response services in the event of hurricanes or other natural disasters.
Additionally, the company has more than 50 locations coast-to-coast to serve customers in the construction, commercial, oil industry, special events and emergency response markets.
