Monday, March 8 – 6:30pm – 9pm
This is the night to honor and celebrate the best and the brightest in our industry.
The Event Solutions Spotlight Awards will be presented at this exciting event.
- This is an optional event and requires a ticket purchase. $99 for full conference attendees.
$149 for non-registered guests.
Opening Night Las Vegas
Monday, March 8 – 9pm – 11pm
Enjoy a night out on the town, Las Vegas Style, at one of the city’s hottest night spots.
You can count on the clubs in Sin City to be on the cutting edge of entertainment,
lighting, design and sound. Mingle with the Spotlight Award Winners as this event
will serve as the “after-party” for the Spotlight Awards.

Tuesday, March 9 – 8pm – 12am
Don’t miss this Anthology of Event Ideas which promises to be a unique blend of creative event design and award winning cuisine. Experience our event galleries, network with event professionals, enjoy a full bar and dine on a multitude of culinary delights.

The Biggest & Best Tradeshow in the Industry
Spend Tuesday and Wednesday immersed in the largest event and catering specific tradeshow in the country. More than 1,000 booths on the Tradeshow floor will be stocked with the latest products, services and resources.
