TBA Global Sells U.S. Destination Management Division
New York-based TBA Global, a live and online engagement marketing and communications agency, has sold it’s U.S. Destination Management division to the international leisure travel operator, Kuoni Group.
“TBA Global’s focus has been to develop the ‘best in class‘ business that connect brands and people through live and online experiences creating real results,” said Lee Rubenstein, president and COO of TBA Global. “Destination Management, a business we inherited in a 2005 acquisition, is an important supporting service for business events but is no longer central to our ongoing U.S. growth plans.”
TBA Global will continue to maintain its marketing and communications offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Detroit, Nashville, Vancouver, Banff, Whistler and London. As the sale only includes the U.S. Destination Management assets, TBA Global will also continue to provide services in Canada and the U.K.
All U.S. Destination Management employees will transfer to Kuoni under the terms of the acquisition. The two companies look forward to opportunities to work together to service mutual clients.
