StarCite Names New CEO
StarCite Inc., a Philadelphia-based provider of Web-based solutions for corporate meetings and events, has named Gregory J. Dukat the new chief executive officer. Dukat brings to StarCite a background of leadership positions managing fast-growth technology companies.
