The investment group is well known for building on the strength of the assets that they acquire. The focus is on building the brand and strengthening its relationship with and support of its industry.

“Event Solutions has been an integral part of the growing event profession,” said John Baragona, founder of Event Solutions. “This opportunity allows Event Solutions to continue to be the voice for planners, producers and service providers worldwide.”

Additional improvements will drive a quality user experience across the Conference & Tradeshow, event-solutions.com, the Event Solutions magazine Digital Edition and Tradeshow.

“In a tough economy, it is exciting to have the support for a fresh start and a strengthened product,” said Meredith McIlmoyle, publisher of Event Solutions. “Our audience — readers and advertisers alike — will see an immediate improvement in our products.”
