Classic Party Rentals Acquires Parties a la Carte
Los Angeles-based Classic Party Rentals has acquired Parties a la Carte, the party rental division of Buellton, Calif.-based Valley Tool Rental.
The acquisition furthers Classic Party Rentals’ strategic growth in the event rental industry and expands its operational presence into the Santa Ynez Valley.

Parties a la Carte has been in the event rental industry in Santa Barbara County for the last 16 years. Founded by Joy and Steve Sawin, the company has provided high-quality event rentals for clients such as UC Santa Barbara, Gainey Winery, Wine Cask, Plemmons and Ono Catering.
Classic Party Rentals plans to relocate Parties a la Carte to a newly constructed facility in Buellton. The Sawins will continue to work with Classic as consultants at the new location.
Classic Party Rentals’ event rental network, which includes 17 locations nationwide, now has two locations in California’s Central Coast region, including a main showroom and warehouse in Carpinteria and a showroom in downtown Santa Barbara.
