523 Capital Acquires Low Country Event Rentals
San Francisco-based 523 Capital LLC has announced the acquisition of Low Country Event Rentals, based in South Carolina.
Earlier this year, 523 Capital acquired Capital Party Rentals in Washington, D.C., and Special Events Rentals in Raleigh, N.C. These companies and future acquisitions will be rebranded under one identity in early 2008.
“Low Country Event Rentals fits our strategy to build a regional network of party rental locations on the East Coast,” said John Moran, 523’s president. “Mike & Jeanette Davis, supported by their dedicated team, have built a high-quality rental company.”
Low Country Event Rentals is a full-service event rental company serving the Hilton Head and Savannah, S.C., markets.
Mike Davis will continue to lead the company into its next growth phase.
