Additional Description Characters

Your company description lets potential clients know the breadth of services or products your company provides. Since this description is visible to the Internet’s largest search engines, include key words that will drive the correct traffic to your listing. There are some important rules about this description.

-The free listing description is limited to 250 characters. You can purchase an additional 250 characters for $49.

-Web site information such as your URL and references to your web site are not allowed in the company description.

-Do not use exclamation points. All exclamation points will be deleted.

-DO NOT use ALL CAPS. Descriptions in ALL CAPS will be deleted.

-This is NOT an opportunity to state that your company is the best, the most creative, the number one, or to offer any other opinion that might be debatable. It is perfectly acceptable to say your company is very creative, dynamic, one of the largest, exciting, or any of a number of other descriptive terms. This description will be reviewed and edited, and is subject to deletion if it is too outrageous.
